1. General provisions

The personal data controller is the person operating under the OLIMPIA Auto School brand (the “Controller”, “we”, “us”). This Policy applies to information received through the website, enrollment forms, telephone calls, messaging apps, and other communication channels.

Processing is carried out under the laws of the Republic of Armenia, including the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data, and other applicable rules.

2. Data we collect

• name, surname, and other information voluntarily provided by the user;
• telephone number and preferred contact method;
• selected course, driving category, preferred schedule, and message content;
• information required to enter into and perform a training agreement;
• technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, language, visit date and time, and referring pages;
• cookies and data from similar technologies.

We do not request special categories of data, banking passwords, PIN codes, or full payment card details through public forms.

3. Purposes of processing

• handling applications, call-backs, and course consultations;
• entering into and performing agreements and arranging theory and driving lessons;
• notifying users about schedules, rescheduling, payments, and training status;
• accounting and compliance with legal obligations;
• improving the website, service quality, and information security;
• sending news and offers only where the user has consented.

4. Legal grounds

We process data based on user consent, the need to enter into or perform a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating and securing the website where those interests do not override the user’s rights.

By submitting a form, the user confirms that the data is accurate and consents to processing for the purpose stated next to the form. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Cookies and analytics

The website may use essential cookies to operate the interface, remember the selected language, and protect forms. Analytics and advertising cookies should only be used after consent where required by law.

6. Sharing with third parties

To handle an inquiry, the name, phone number, selected program, and message may be sent to OLIMPIA staff through Telegram Bot API. Data may also be shared, only as needed, with hosting, CRM, telephony, technical support and payment providers; instructors and employees involved in training; and public authorities acting on a lawful request.

We do not sell personal data. Cross-border transfers are subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.

7. Retention and security

Data is retained only as long as needed for processing purposes, contract performance, and mandatory record-keeping periods. An unconverted application is normally deleted or anonymized within 12 months after the last contact unless another lawful basis applies.

We use organizational and technical measures including access controls, backups, software updates, and protected communication channels. No storage method can guarantee absolute security.

8. User rights

Users may request information about processing, access, correction, blocking or deletion of data, withdraw consent, object to marketing messages, and submit a complaint to the competent authority or a court.

Requests may be submitted by phone or through an official messaging channel. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your data. Responses are provided within the time limits set by applicable law.

9. Children’s data

Where parental or legal representative consent is required to enter into an agreement or process a minor’s data, the user must provide that consent. If data was obtained without the required authorization, we will take steps to delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the website, our processes, or the law changes. The new version applies from the publication date stated above. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or the user’s contact details.
