1. Terms and status
This document is a public proposal by the person operating under the OLIMPIA Auto School brand (the “Contractor”) to enter into an agreement with an individual (the “Customer”, “Student”) on the terms below.
Under the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia, a proposal containing essential terms and an intention to contract with anyone who responds may constitute a public offer. Acceptance must be complete and unconditional.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Contractor provides the selected consulting, theory training, practical driving lessons, testing, and organizational support, and the Customer accepts and pays for those services.
The program, number of lessons, vehicle category, format, schedule, location, and price are specified on the course page, application, invoice, individual agreement, or order confirmation. Individually agreed terms prevail over this Offer.
A driving licence or successful state examination is not guaranteed because it depends on the Student’s knowledge and actions, health, and decisions of competent authorities.
3. Acceptance
Acceptance occurs when the Customer pays the course or first installment, signs an application/agreement, provides written order confirmation, or starts lessons after reviewing the terms.
Submitting a website form is only a request to be contacted and does not require the Contractor to provide services until availability and essential terms are confirmed.
By accepting, the Customer confirms legal capacity, accuracy of information, and agreement with the program, price, cancellation rules, and Privacy Policy.
4. Enrollment and training process
- Enrollment follows receipt of required documents and agreed payment.
- Schedules depend on the program and availability of teachers, instructors, and vehicles.
- The Contractor may replace a teacher, instructor, or vehicle with an equivalent one and may reschedule a lesson with prior notice.
- The Student must follow safety rules and lawful instructions and must not drive while medically unfit, intoxicated, or under substances affecting reaction time.
- Student lateness does not extend a lesson. Rescheduling is governed by section 7 and the individual program terms.
5. Price and payment
Prices are stated in Armenian drams (֏) unless otherwise indicated. The current price is confirmed before payment. Prices for future orders may change; paid services are not recalculated unless the program changes by agreement.
Payment may be made in cash, by transfer, bank card, or another agreed method. Bank and payment service fees follow their tariffs. Installments and payment stages are agreed separately.
6. Rights and duties
The Contractor shall
- provide services in good faith, within the agreed scope, and in compliance with safety requirements;
- provide information about the program, schedule, and material changes;
- protect personal data.
The Customer shall
- pay on time and provide accurate documents;
- attend scheduled lessons and give advance notice of absence;
- take proper care of vehicles, equipment, and materials;
- complete assignments independently and comply with the law.
7. Rescheduling, withdrawal, and refunds
A driving lesson may be rescheduled without charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance, unless the individual terms require a longer period. For late cancellation or absence, the lesson may be treated as delivered to the extent of the Contractor’s actual costs and reserved time.
The Customer may withdraw by paying for services already provided and the Contractor’s documented expenses. A refund equals the amount paid minus delivered services, used materials, non-refundable payment fees, and other expenses permitted by law.
Refund requests may be submitted by phone or through an agreed messaging channel. Refunds are made through the original payment method or another agreed method within the time required by law or the payment provider.
If the Contractor cancels a lesson, it is rescheduled or its price is refunded/credited at the Customer’s choice.
8. Liability and force majeure
The parties are liable under the agreement and applicable law. The Contractor is not liable for failure to obtain admission to an examination or a licence due to missing documents, medical restrictions, Student misconduct, or decisions of public authorities.
Neither party is liable for failure caused by extraordinary and unavoidable events outside reasonable control. The affected party must notify the other within a reasonable time.
9. Intellectual property and personal data
Training materials, videos, tests, texts, designs, and software are for the Student’s personal use. Copying, publishing, selling, or sharing them without permission is prohibited except where allowed by law.
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy.
10. Claims and disputes
Claims may be submitted through an agreed messaging channel with a description and supporting materials. The parties will attempt to settle disputes through negotiation. Unresolved disputes are handled under the laws of the Republic of Armenia, including mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rules.
11. Final provisions
This Offer applies from publication until withdrawn or replaced. A new version applies to orders made after publication unless otherwise agreed. Invalidity of one provision does not affect the remaining provisions.
Official communications may be made by phone and through agreed messaging channels. The Customer must promptly report changes to contact details.
